Refunds + Exchanges

We want you to be happy with what you purchase! Please read this policy to ensure that you get the right items for you. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. 

Custom Orders

In order to cut down on waste and keep our operations greener, we create each item especially for you, often by hand. Each item is made with love, and our policies reflect that effort. 

Please note that sales on discounted items are final.


Each item has an associated size chart listed next to the product description. Please reference it closely to avoid any issues with sizing. Each item has a different fit depending on the style, so please evaluate each style individually when choosing your size. 

If the item does not fit you, we do allow one-time exchanges for the correct size within 30 days. Please keep in mind:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  
  • Please include your order number and original packing slip in your return. 
  • Please send us the tracking number. All returns must be tracked. 
  • We are unable to provide refunds on shipping or provide return shipping labels.
  • We will provide the funds as store credit for you to apply to your new purchase of the same item in a different size.
  • You can contact us to initiate an exchange. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


We would never want you to have a faulty item! If you find that the quality of an item is not sufficient or that there has been a clear printing error, please document the issue and contact us with a photo for a free replacement.
