Shipping

Each item is created once you order it. For this reason, turnaround will not be as fast as you may be used to from bigger retailers.

We do this to reduce waste and the environmental impact, to sell only items that you really like, and to be able to constantly tweak and change our offerings to match what you love.

For this reason we typically need 7-14 days to create your items and send them out for shipping. Different items may be ready sooner, in which case we will ship as they become ready.

COVID-19 Delays

We are working with facilities that are staying open to fulfill orders, however in order to keep their employees safe, they are not producing at their usual capacity.

For this reason, items may be delayed for up to 3 weeks. We will ship as soon as each item becomes available, at which point there may be shipping delays depending on where you're located. We're doing all we can to get your items to you, and appreciate your patience!

Customs and Duties

Some countries, especially in the EU, will charge customs and duties charges on packages that come from abroad. Since most of our items are created in North America (though occasionally we can produce some in Europe), you may be liable for customs and duties on your package.

Unfortunately this fee is assessed by each individual government and we have no control over if, or what, they decide to charge for customs and duties. We wish it were different!
